The introduction of Ancient Greek in both preschool and primary education lays the crucial groundwork for a child’s entire academic journey. At Elliniki Agogi we strive to make the learning experience enjoyable and straightforward, intertwining it with the rich heritage of Greek History, Mythology, and Culture.
Our approach commences with the teaching of uncomplicated, everyday dialogues, stories, and myths. Through this methodical and aesthetically pleasing guidance, children swiftly progress, acquiring the skills to read ancient texts in their original form within a short timeframe.
This program serves as an exceptional extracurricular activity, requiring only an hour and a half per week. We believe that by immersing children in the wonders of Ancient Greek at this foundational level, we not only impart linguistic skills but also instill a profound appreciation for the cultural heritage that has shaped Western Civilization.
