Shipping Policy

The products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when submitting their order, accompanied by the sales receipt and shipping note. The exception is where the Customer indicates a different delivery address and a different shipping address, in the case of a gift for example.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping and delivery information provided. In the event of an error in the customer providing the relevant contact details of the recipient, the Company cannot be held responsible for the fact that the product cannot be delivered.

Our online store collaborates with a courier service to ensure safe and fast shipping of products. Shipping costs will be borne by customers who will be informed of the exact cost of each shipment before submitting their final order. Our courier service delivers on weekdays, Monday through Friday.

Delivery time depends on delivery address.

All products are shipped within 1-5 days of order day.

Please note that shipment may take longer due to high-traffic periods or in the event of bad weather or force majeure reasons. Our Company makes every effort to dispatch the products to its customers within the stated time, but in the event of any delay for any reason, you acknowledge that the Company cannot be held liable for delays that fall outside the control of the Company.

If an order includes products with different delivery times, the delivery time for the entire order is based on the longer delivery time. However, the Company has the option of breaking deliveries. In this case, the Company will send the relevant e-mail to the Customer, who has the option to resign all or part of the order.

Although we make every possible effort to inform Customers of any lack of availability of a product, there may be an unexpected lack or unavailability of the product by our suppliers (even after the Customer has confirmed the order). In this case, the Company will again make every effort to contact the Customer in order to inform and consult with the Customer about the new delivery or delivery of another product or the cancellation of the order without prejudice to both parties, and the interest-free refund of any money that has been paid within a reasonable time.
